Our puppy Willow has been going to Frankies since March, she can’t wait to get inside when we arrive at the door. The staff are really friendly and Richard is very professional and answers all of my silly questions with patience and kindness. The facilities are brilliant and Willow exhausts herself playing all day, she sleeps from the moment we collect her until the next morning.
